MS Life was the first in India to launch the 500, 550 and 600+ CRS TMT series. CRS stands for Corrosion Resistant Steel — our patented chemistry plus German Thermex quenching creates a tougher martensitic outer layer that resists rust 3× longer than ordinary TMT, critical for coastal and humid environments.
It means we control every step — iron ore mining, sponge iron, steel melting, billet casting, hot rolling, quenching, quality testing and dispatch — all under one roof, one quality system. Most TMT brands buy billets from third parties; we make our own.
For 1–2 floor independent homes, Fe 550D is the standard. For G+3 or above, or coastal/seismic regions, upgrade to MS Life Fe 600+ CRS TMT — higher strength plus corrosion resistance for longer life.
